Friday - Day Four
Not much to report today. The pharmakology/blood tests went as scheduled (3 blood draws through the day) and we had a mid-point visit with Pam's attending doctor (Lent). One additional test was added, a Ph probe - to determine the extent of acid-reflux and whether or not this acid might be getting into her lungs and keeping them inflamed. She "gets" to keep the probe in her esophagus until tomorrow morning.
Dr. Lent did resume Pam's medications today, albeit with a number of changes.

Still praying for you guys, and especially Pam (duh!). And I have proof that my prayers are effective -- look how the elections turned out! ck
Hey Glenn,
I had no idea this was going on. Thank goodness for facebook, huh? I can empathize with endless tests and waiting for answers... I´m feeling for you guys. You´re going to make it to the other side of this, and today might be the day it starts to get better. Praying.
Lots of love.
So sorry that Pam has had to go through all these things. We pray that all these tests will help put her on the road to recovery. Just knowing how to deal with situations is a tremendous encouragement. We will continuet to be praying for her, and for you.
We saw David tonight as we were leaving the movie. He looked so good and in good spirits. We miss you ALL very much!!!
Love, prayers and blessings,
Queenie and Clydesdale
I hope today was an OK day for Pam. Glenn, you deserve a little suffering.
